understand that COMMERCIAL EXTRAS is by definition a calling service, but is
classified as a TALENT LISTING SERVICE.
*I
understand that COMMERCIAL EXTRAS is not
a TALENT AGENCY and provides no form
of TALENT REPRESENTATION of kind, and will never
engage in the occupation of procuring, offering, promising or attempting to
procure employment or engage for an artist.
*I
understand that there is no guarantee
of work with COMMERCIAL EXTRAS, nor does COMMERCIAL EXTRAS have any ability to
decide who is cast in any commercial. I
also understand that all decisions regarding work are at the sole discretion of
Production and never COMMERCIAL EXTRAS.
*I
give COMMERCIAL EXTRAS, its employees, agents and owners, the right to store or
maintain in a database for distribution or disclosure to a person represented
as offering an audition or employment opportunity (PRODUCTION), either of the
following: (A) artist’s name, photograph, Internet web site, filmstrip,
videotape, audition tape, demonstration reel, resume, portfolio, or other
reproduction or promotional material of the artist or (B) an artist’s schedule
of availability for an employment opportunity.
*I
give COMMERCIAL EXTRAS the permission to list or display information about me,
including a photograph, through email to casting companies and their
affiliates.
*I
give COMMERCIAL EXTRAS the permission to answer calls on my behalf and discuss
my availability with production should they request it.
*I
give COMMERCIAL EXTRAS the permission to list or display information about me,
including a photograph, on the service’s web site, or on a web site that
COMMERCIAL EXTRAS has authority to design or alter.
*I
understand that COMMERCIAL EXTRAS reserves the right to remove from service any
client at any time. Being a no-show on
set, refusing a booking, showing up to set when you are not booked, being ill
prepared to work, chronic lateness, production complaints, attitude problems,
etc. or any other reason determined by COMMERCIAL EXTRAS to be deemed
unprofessional are valid reason for removal from the system.
